At Koakuchi, we ask that you carefully select your items before purchase as we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. To help with your decision, we provide detailed size and dimension information in each product description—please take a moment to review these to ensure your piece is just right.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
We’re sorry to hear that! If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us at koakuchi@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. I will guide you through the return process. If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing fault, we’ll gladly send you a replacement or offer a full refund if a replacement isn’t possible.
Who covers return shipping for faulty items?
Koakuchi will cover the return shipping costs for any items found to be defective or damaged upon arrival. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to make it right.
